At month end we count active users in the tenant (logged in within the last 30 days) and issue one invoice per plant: `active users × price × 1 month`. Annual billing applies a 20% discount and the invoice is issued at the start of the period.
If you added a payment method, the first invoice is issued and the app keeps running. If not, the tenant switches to read-only: data stays, but nothing can be added or modified until payment is reactivated. Nothing is deleted.
No. You can go self-service for free — import spreadsheets yourself and follow the in-app guide. The setup fee is for factories that want to be up and running in 3 days without spending internal time.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately with pro-rata billing; downgrade from the next period. Data and configuration are preserved.
Add them right away, they can be active the same day. At month end we compute pro-rata active users — you don't pay a full month for someone hired on the 25th.
Yes. Cancel from the app with effect at the end of the current billing period. You get a 30-day window to export all your data (CSV + PDF), after which it is permanently deleted.
