CAP APP is the shopfloor competency management software developed and operated by Cleanthes Apps SRL, a Romanian B2B software company focused on the manufacturing industry.
Who we are
Cleanthes Apps SRL is a B2B software company founded in 2026 and headquartered in Romania. We focus exclusively on products for the manufacturing industry: automotive, food, pharma, mechanical processing - places where operator competencies are regulated (ISCIR, ATEX, DSP, ITM, IATF 16949) and where Excel spreadsheets become operational risk the moment you cross 30 employees.
What we do
We develop and operate CAP APP - the multi-tenant SaaS platform for per-operator skill matrix, legal authorizations with reminders, individual development plans (IDP), full audit trail and inspector-ready reports (DSP, ITM, IATF). The product is built "shopfloor-first", with industrial tablets and large touch targets, so it works directly on the production floor, not just in HR back offices.
How we work
We bet on transparency and zero lock-in: the customer's data stays the customer's, with permanent CSV+PDF export available from inside the app. Prices are public, contracts short, and the SLA (99.5% uptime, P1 response in 4h) is a standard annex on every commercial agreement. Technical support is direct - no ticket systems, no escalation queues.
The team
The team blends operational excellence experience from factories with B2B software delivery experience. We work in partnership with manufacturing practitioners so every feature is validated in front of a real operator or auditor before it ships.
