Is the setup fee (EUR 1,500 / 3,700 / 6,500) mandatory?
No. You can go self-service for free — import spreadsheets yourself and follow the in-app guide. The setup fee is for factories that want to be ready in 3 days without spending internal time. You pay it once, at signature.
How long does migrating from my spreadsheets take?
5 minutes per file if you follow the guide, 30 minutes per file if we do it (included in the setup fee). The parser recognises variants — you don't need to reformat your columns.
What happens to my data if I leave?
The data is yours. Export any time as CSV + PDF, straight from the app. After termination you keep a guaranteed 30-day export window, then everything is permanently deleted. No lock-in.
Is IATF 16949 actually ready?
Yes, in the Enterprise plan. Turtle diagram per process, LPA with 30/60/90 retest, redundancy warning when a critical skill drops below three operators. Aligned with IATF clauses 7.2 and 8.5.
GDPR / DPA / EU data?
EU servers (Cloudflare + gazduire.net Romania). DPA signed with every client. Policies written with a lawyer. TLS 1.3, DB row-level security, immutable audit log. We are controller for account data and processor for your employees' data.
How many clients do you already have?
We are in pilot with the first factory. Honest answer: you won't see five pages of logos under the hero — and that shows in the price. You're among the first, you get personal attention, and the roadmap adapts to what your factory asks for.
Learning curve for operators?
None. The operator opens the tablet, types the badge code or scans, signs with a finger. Managers get ~2h of training at go-live. Admins — one day.
